“I am always so excited to attend a class at Jaya whenever I’m in the area. The space is absolutely beautiful and the classes are the perfect mixture of challenging, fun and interesting. Don’t miss a class with Hilary! She is so knowledgeable, providing a safe adjustment with rationale, and making the class chuckle during a tough pose. You will be sure to leave class with a smile on your face because you had a great workout and had fun doing it. I’ve loved all the classes I’ve taken there, but the yoga/pilates/conditioning class was a gem! I always leave Jaya feeling tired and lifted (in the best way).”

“Jaya Yoga offers a great experience both for physical health and for the mind. The knowledgeable instructors are all encouraging. They help to adjust a position - offering variations depending on where your body is at that moment - and to keep you present in the moment, all without judgement. The space is very large and immaculate, with plenty of class times and various events (sunrise yoga, weekend benefit for an animal shelter, kid's camp, etc.) There are clean blocks, blankets, and other materials for student use. This is an overall excellent value to carve some time out for you."

"I have been practicing yoga with Hilary for 3 years. Her positive energy and encouragement has guided me from being a total beginner to having strength, balance, and flexibility (physically and mentally) that I didn’t think possible. The beginners series really taught me the how’s and, more important, why’s of breathing and basic poses. Yoga/Pilates/conditioning is challenging and fun....if you want to work up a sweat, I recommend this class!!! At the studio, Hilary teaches Slow Flow to students with a wide range of experience and ability in every class. She guides each individual to make the class their own. This has carried over to her online classes as well. Finally, Hilary’s calm and relaxing instruction in Yin and restorative classes are a great way to end the day!!!”
