Jaya Yoga Turns 15 in Clarks Summit: A Celebration of Community

Fifteen years of Jaya Yoga 💛
On April 19th, we celebrated 15 years of Jaya Yoga in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. We planned a spring brunch… and NEPA gave us snow, sleet, and cold temps. Inside the studio though it felt like a birthaversary kind of day - warm and full of really good energy.
Brunch, community, and all the things
We set up a full make-your-own brunch experience:
A parfait bar
A mocktail bar with Bellinis and Mimosas
A make-your-own iced coffee bar
We also had bagels, croissants, and vegan and vegetarian wraps from Caravia. Food, conversation, and people flowing in and out all day. It was casual, fun, and very much in the spirit of how we show up at Jaya.
A spring theme… in the snow
The studio was filled with a balloon arch with a glowing “15,” flower centerpieces, and hanging floral installations - event décor and styling by Eventfully Yours CR.
Even as it was cold and sleeting outside, inside it felt like the opposite: warm, bright, and buzzing with energy.

We also had an ice cream truck through Fidelity Bank, which felt very on-brand for NEPA in the least logical way possible. It was about 30 degrees, sleeting in April, and still people lined up like it was totally normal. And yes, somehow still a “two scoops” kind of day 🍦

What really mattered
It wasn’t the setup or the details. It was the room full of people who’ve been part of Jaya Yoga in different ways over 15 years. Students, teachers, families, kids, longtime members, new faces. That’s what this place is.
The core group who stayed at the table most of the day, sharing food, conversation, and time together at our 15th anniversary celebration at Jaya Yoga.
