We want every student to feel supported, safe, and inspired. Our policies exist to create a calm, focused, and joyful space for everyone.

 

Studio Policies

    • Please sign in at the front desk when you arrive.

    • New students: plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to complete a quick new student form.

    • Students who are pregnant must provide a doctor’s clearance note prior to participating in class.

    • For safety and comfort, chewing gum is not permitted during class. Gum may pose a choking risk and can interfere with breathing during movement and inverted postures.

    • To preserve the class experience for all, the door will be locked five minutes after class begins.

    • If you arrive after the door is locked, we’re unable to admit you to class.

    • To keep the space fresh and welcoming for everyone, please remove your shoes upon entering.

    • For a peaceful experience, cell phones and smart watches must be silenced.

    • Free parking is available in the adjacent lot.

    • Additional metered parking is available on surrounding streets.

  • We kindly request that you cancel at least 12 hours before class to free your spot for others.

    Frequent late cancellations or no‑shows may affect your ability to book peak classes.

    • There is a $25 fee for any returned or canceled checks.

FAQ’s

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Leggings, athletic pants, shorts, and breathable tops are all great choices.

    Bare feet are best for most classes. No special gear or experience required.

    • A yoga mat (we also have mats available)

    • Water

    • An open mind and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.

    • Optional: a small towel if you tend to sweat.

  • Nope. Mats and props are available for you to use in the studio at no charge.
    You’re always welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

  • Our teachers offer options and modifications so you can meet your body where it is, every day.

  • For the safety and wellbeing of both parent and baby, students who are pregnant are required to provide a doctor’s note confirming they are cleared to participate in yoga or movement classes prior to attending.
