Throughout the training, you’ll dive into yoga’s many dimensions - philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, breathwork, and meditation, all designed to help you find your authentic voice. You’ll gain the confidence and tools to teach with purpose, while experiencing growth extending far beyond the mat, shaping the way you move, speak, and live your life.

The following is some of what we will touch
upon over the course of this 200 hour teacher training.
Session 1: Foundations
Yoga history including origins and influences as well as integration of present day science and research.
Session 2: Discovering and Developing Your Inner Teacher
Tools and techniques to craft intelligent, creative sequences to effectively guide students through practices to educate and inspire while uncovering your own unique stye and voice.
Session 3: Anatomy: Alignment and Energy
In depth analysis of anatomy, kinesiology and alignment
Exploration of energy bodies
Session 4: Meditation, Mudra, Mantra and Pranayama
Explore breathwork and meditation techniques as well as modern day science and research.
Session 5: Living Your Yoga/Yoga Life
Exploration of yoga philosophy
