GUIDE TO CLASSES

  • Try Slow Flow: slow, alignment oriented approach to Vinyasa/flow yoga. Sequences link poses to breath in order to build mind/body awareness, strength, and flexibility.

    Try Hatha: class focuses on breath, controlled movements, alignment and spending time in postures to build strength and flexibility.

    Upper Body Tone/Gentle Yoga: yoga performed at a slower pace with less intense postures, breath work and meditation. Classes include weight optional exercises to strengthen and tone arms and shoulders, building the foundation for a strong upper body. Modifications include use of a chair. 

  • Try Vinyasa or Flow: A dynamic flow designed for students who love a challenge. Sequences will build skill and awareness. Every student will be integrated into the class. The teacher will offer variations enabling you to practice at your own level while keeping up with the flow.

    Try Mat Pilates: A full-body workout to build core strength, stability, and body awareness. Expect a steady flow of movements with variations offered, so you can work at your own level while staying with the rhythm of the class.

  • Try Yoga/Pilates/Conditioning: a total mind/body experience combining the best of yoga, Pilates and conditioning components. Upbeat class will improve mobility, build stamina and increase range of motion in joints.

    Try Barre Fusion: move, tone, and flow in a class combining ballet-inspired moves, functional strength training, and mind-body movement for a full-body workout that builds muscle, boosts posture, and fires up your confidence. Light weights are optional, and modifications are always available to turn the intensity up or down.

  • Our Yin Flow: Begin with the long, deep Yin holds (3-5 minutes), lengthening the body's connective tissue to enhance flexibility in the joints, followed by an alignment & breath focused movement.

    Our Restorative: Candlelight, slow movements and restorative postures creates the ultimate relaxation and restoration in the body, mind and spirit. 

  • Try Mindfulness Meditation: Saturdays at 9:00am. Our meditation instructor is Lisa Rigau; a registered nurse, nutrition counselor, and community educator of health, wellness, mindfulness, and nutrition.
