Flat Rental
$125/ hour
Available anytime after 12pm ET
Evening Events:
Evening Events:
Saturday- $1500 for 8 hours and $100 each additional hour
Friday/Sunday- $1000 for 8 hours and $100 each additional hour
The details
Liability Insurance
All renters shall obtain general liability insurance. Typical cost is $50-$100. Event insurance is available through www.wedsafe.com, www.csicoverage.com, markelinsurance.com/event, or even through your homeowners or renters’ policy.
Alcohol Serving and Consumption
Jaya Yoga does not have a liquor license.
Event Services and Providers
All services, including must not limited to food and beverage, furniture rental, decorations, etc. must be provided by one of our preferred list of professionals. Please contact us at hilary@jayayogastudio.com to obtain our list of preferred providers.
Decorations
Not sure how to say it - so we are going to be very straightforward on this one…No nailing, gluing or taping anything to the walls. The end.
No candles or any open flames anywhere, including on the tables.
Set Up/Clean Up
A 3 hour event with 1 hour of set-up time and 1 hour break down for your decorating needs. For longer events please contact us at hilary@jayayogastudio.com for more details.
