Join Jaya Yoga and National Running Center, in a fun, free, casual run and yoga stretch. Each event we'll take a different route around Clarks Summit and afterward stop at a local spot to hang out, grab a bite and celebrate community.

Run: Meet at the National Running Center and go on an easy paced, 30 minute run.
Stretch: A yoga flow designed for runners that will help you recover faster and increase flexibility (great for injury prevention as well!)
Summit: Enjoy food and drinks at a local establishment in Clarks Summit!

No prior yoga experience is necessary and the run and stretch are free!
