A full weekend of yoga, mindfulness, art, cooking, essential oils, meditation and love.

Confidence, self-esteem and body image are three of the most common problems teenagers face. This weekend will provide tools teens can utilize to manage stress effectively and be able to cope with changes. Teenagers will learn skills for self care, effective strategies for making better choices and how to experience life situations with less emotional reactivity.
