Conquer your fear, sharpen your mind and challenge your body! Learn the basics of inversions in manageable stages. We will help you learn the prepatory poses for classical inversions, developing your strength and confidence to attempt more challenging poses as you deepen your practice.
This workshop will explore sequencing variations, how to modify and intensify inversions, injury management & prevention as well as guidelines for safe transitions.
