Yoga merges with contemporary dance to create a moving meditation. Learn focused alignment through transitions. Practice mindful movement, incorporating traditional yoga poses with free-style dance movement all while staying on your mat!

Yogis will move through a compressed vinyasa class followed by a choreographed routine emphasizing breath and fluidity of movement. Prior vinyasa yoga experience suggested.
