This three (3) week series is open to beginners as well as those who wish to reconnect with the flow, foundations and fundamentals of yoga. You will also get an introduction to yoga philosophy, yogic breathing and meditation. These classes build on each other, creating an awesome foundation from which you can spring onto your mat! Build strength and flexibility in both body and mind.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a three week series and is meant to be attended on all of the listed dates.
